  • Turn complex medical and scientific information into clear, polished visuals for healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare files for print, coordinate with vendors, and help oversee production quality, including proofing and color accuracy.
  • Keep asset libraries, brand toolkits, and design templates organized and up to date to support consistency and faster turnaround times.
  • Keep track of design trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest ways to improve creative workflows.
  • Make sure all creative work meets regulatory expectations such as FDA and EMA requirements, with proper version tracking and archiving.
  • Provide occasional onsite support for trade shows or internal events when design and production help is needed.
  • Create reusable presentation templates and other visual support materials as required.
  • Handle additional marketing and creative assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Solid capability in layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to create presentation graphics.
  • Sharp attention to detail, particularly for print production and regulated content.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver within demanding deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with cross-functional partners.
  • Familiarity with brand governance, asset management, version control, and structured design processes.
  • Preferred exposure to motion graphics, video editing, web design, UX/UI, or infographic development.

Benefits
