Role overview
In this HR Operations position at Cult.Fit, you will support the HR function by improving day-to-day people processes, helping create a better employee experience, and keeping HR activities aligned with internal policies and statutory requirements. The role involves handling core HR administration, assisting hiring-related coordination, responding to employee questions, and maintaining reliable employee data and records.
Key responsibilities
- Manage routine HR operations and administrative workflows.
- Support recruitment coordination and related HR processes.
- Address employee queries and provide timely HR support.
- Keep employee records accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Help run onboarding activities such as orientation and training for new joiners.
- Assist in performance management tasks, including goal-setting support and collecting feedback.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws as well as company-level HR policies.
- Take part in employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and basic analytics for review.
- Support implementation of HR programs and initiatives that reinforce the organization’s culture.
Required skills and qualifications
- Solid understanding of core HR concepts and practices.
- Clear written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on exposure to HR systems and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Well-developed organization skills with careful attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Awareness of local employment laws and regulations is an advantage.
- Prior experience in employee relations and performance management is preferred.
