Job Description

We are seeking a Lease Administrator to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for landlord and internal lease administration inquiries. You will manage rent-related processes, including turnover rent, invoicing, and sales data collection. A key part of your responsibility will be maintaining and updating lease information within our systems, ensuring accuracy for setups, amendments, and general data integrity. You will also assist in resolving discrepancies related to leases, invoices, and data, and support contract execution, document tracking, and standard document control procedures. Regular checks on lease data, such as key dates and rent terms, will be crucial for maintaining accuracy. You will provide essential lease information to the accounting department to facilitate timely and accurate payments. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance processes and working methods will also be a significant aspect of this role.

Who You'll Work With

Reporting to the Expansion Manager, you will collaborate closely with the broader Expansion team and partner with key departments including Legal, Finance, Facilities, and Construction.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or be actively pursuing one. Prior experience in Property, Leasing, or Real Estate is preferred, or alternatively, transferable experience in office administration with a solid accounting background. Experience in supporting contract management or document handling is also valuable. You should demonstrate strong attention to detail, a structured and organized approach to work, and comfort with numerical data and basic financial or lease-related information. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is required, along with clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. We are looking for a proactive, reliable individual capable of managing tasks and meeting deadlines, with an analytical and methodical approach and a keen interest in process improvement and accuracy.
