Role Overview

This opening is for a staff mechanical maintenance role supporting the Tyre Cord and CSY process plant at VFY Business, Grasim Industries Ltd., Kalyan unit, under the Aditya Birla Group. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment and utility systems.
• Inspect, service, and keep in working condition pumps, compressors, motors, blowers, piping networks, valves, reactors, agitators, and related machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues quickly to reduce equipment stoppage and production loss.
• Work closely with production teams so maintenance work is completed without disrupting plant output.
• Assist in planning, carrying out, and closing shutdown, maintenance, and commissioning activities.
• Help with safety checks and risk evaluation before any maintenance task begins.
