Opportunity Overview
We seek a skilled financial professional to serve as Manager, Investigations, leading a team dedicated to impartial and fair resolution of consumer complaints within the banking and investments sectors. This role is based in Toronto with a hybrid work schedule requiring two days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of investigators, ensuring thorough, unbiased, and timely complaint investigations aligned with OBSI’s mission and values. Collaborate with Deputy Ombudsmen and fellow managers to promote team professional growth, maintain consistency across investigations, and address systemic financial issues.

Compensation and Benefits
