직무 설명
Position Summary
This role involves handling various administrative responsibilities, supporting the sales team, and performing other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operational flow.
Primary Duties
- Manage frontline clerical tasks including answering telephone calls and responding to general inquiries.
- Welcome and assist visitors arriving at the office.
- Perform general administrative tasks and support project-related activities.
- Enter and process invoices accurately.
- Oversee stock receipt and transfer operations.
- Maintain inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM.
- Alternate Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
Candidate Requirements
- Residence in the western region area.
- Basic proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
- Minimum educational qualification of O' Levels or equivalent with passes in English, Chinese, and Mathematics.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese, both spoken and written, to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.
- At least one year of relevant work experience considered advantageous.
- Ability to learn quickly, work well in a team, possess good people management skills, and independently handle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to commence work immediately.
- Open to Singaporean citizens only.
