- Maintain consultations with suppliers throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Analyze and review quotations received from suppliers.
- Set contractual terms and conditions tailored to agreements.
- Assign contracts to the most suitable vendors or suppliers.
- Plan and establish delivery timelines that align with procurement goals.
- Track the fulfillment progress concerning agreed delivery schedules.
- Interact with clients and suppliers proactively to solve any arising issues.
