Retail Assistant Manager

Role Overview

As a Retail Assistant Manager at Venus Beauty in Singapore, you will lead and supervise a team of retail assistants to ensure the store operates efficiently. You are responsible for driving sales within your product category, managing inventory and housekeeping, and maintaining attractive merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee retail assistants to maintain smooth store operations.
• Manage sales targets for designated product categories.
• Handle inventory control, store cleanliness, and merchandising displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers, keeping merchandise stocked, and organizing sales floor and stock areas.
• Process customer transactions including cash and credit card payments efficiently.
• Address customer refunds in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements and Work Schedule

• Must be willing to work on a roster aligned with retail operating hours.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work schedule includes 6 days on a roster within retail hours from 10am to 10pm, with 1 weekday off per week.
