About the Internship
Join TripJack as a Talent Acquisition Intern and gain valuable exposure to the full recruitment cycle. This internship involves hands-on tasks such as identifying and engaging candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing recruitment data repositories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
- Evaluate and shortlist resumes to align with the specified job criteria.
- Coordinate and arrange interview schedules with both candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct initial HR screening discussions to assess candidate suitability.
- Update and maintain applicant data in the recruitment tracking system.
- Assist in publishing job advertisements on various job portals.
- Contribute to campus hiring drives and further employer branding activities.
- Keep consistent communication with candidates to ensure smooth recruitment flow.
- Compile reports and analyze recruitment metrics for process improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Must be available to work full-time onsite throughout the internship period.
- Join within the timeframe from July 9, 2026 to August 13, 2026.
- Commit to a 3-month internship tenure.
- Possess relevant aptitudes and motivations for talent acquisition roles.

Stipend and Perks
- A monthly stipend ranging between INR 10,000 to 15,000.
