About the Role
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager with 3 to 6 years of experience, preferably having a background in General Division, Critical Care, or Pharmaceutical Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and leading a team of Medical Representatives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve goals.
- Drive the generation of prescriptions to increase product usage.
- Expand market coverage by developing and maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, stockists, and chemists.
- Monitor and analyze field performance to ensure effectiveness.
- Implement targeted sales strategies to support business growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of sales experience, particularly in pharmaceutical sectors involving the General Division, Critical Care products, or similar areas.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from 35000 to 60000 INR.
