Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly and responsive Customer Support Executive to manage customer inquiries across various platforms including email, WhatsApp, and Instagram. The role involves addressing order status, handling returns and replacements, answering product-related questions, and maintaining a polite and helpful communication style. Additionally, basic data entry and follow-up tasks are part of the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
- Provide information regarding order tracking, product returns, and replacements.
- Engage with customers courteously and supportively.
- Perform basic data entry and conduct follow-ups as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Comfortable using smartphones and laptops.
- Previous experience in customer support or back office roles preferred.
- Exhibit a friendly and patient demeanor.
