About the Role
Join PwC Singapore's Internal Firm Services within Human Capital as a Learning & Development Intern, where you'll support training initiatives and gain firsthand experience in an L&D function in a professional services environment. You'll be part of a global network of over 370,000 professionals helping clients build trust and competitive advantage across various lines of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance for learning programs, coordinating course schedules, managing enrollments and logistics.
- Communicate effectively with participants, instructors, and internal teams regarding course arrangements and details.
- Maintain accurate training records and databases to ensure data integrity.
- Support both in-person and virtual training sessions, including setup, attendance tracking, and preparation of training materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors and facilitators as necessary to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of L&D technologies like Learning Management Systems and digital tools.
- Participate in technology-focused projects aimed at process improvements and automation within L&D.
- Analyze and compile data on user engagement and training effectiveness to suggest enhancements.
- Prepare reports on training metrics such as attendance, feedback, and completion rates.
- Provide ad hoc support on projects and contribute ideas to improve learner engagement and program efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Open to students from any academic discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Demonstrated excellent academic performance combined with active participation in co-curricular activities.
- Professional conduct with a strong sense of responsibility for tasks and commitments.
- Demonstrates willingness to exert extra effort and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic settings.
- Analytical mindset with agility and adaptability to change.
