Role Summary

The Task Associate plays a vital role in ensuring operational excellence to support sales and create exceptional guest experiences. Their duties focus on stocking fixtures with merchandise, upholding store cleanliness, and executing various assigned tasks. Supporting the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, the Task Associate emphasizes performance metrics, teamwork, and strict adherence to operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support retail sales objectives by ensuring timely completion of tasks and product availability for customers.
• Meet compliance and operational goals by managing tasks such as shipment processing, inventory counts, merchandise sets, and task dashboard targets.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for team members and guests.
• Engage in ongoing training for brand knowledge and professional growth to enhance sales performance.
• Uphold company policies, dress code, and operational procedures diligently.
• Complete merchandise resets, implement planograms, set up marketing displays, conduct inventory, and utilize company technology effectively.
• Maintain store areas including salesfloor, restrooms, breakroom, backroom, and cashwrap in clean, orderly condition.
• Follow loss prevention practices and provide exceptional guest service to protect company assets.
• Carry out additional operational duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferred educational qualification: High school diploma.
• At least one year of relevant working experience or a comparable combination of education and experience preferred.
• Technologically proficient with basic systems such as Point of Sale equipment and Apple devices.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Adept at problem-solving in a dynamic retail environment.

Additional Requirements and Working Conditions

• Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Physically capable of standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting throughout the shift.
• Able to lift and carry loads up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Continuous mobility and manipulation of objects in-store during shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $16.82 to $20.00 based on qualifications, experience, shift, and location. Additional overtime pay is available as per legal requirements. Full-time employees qualify for paid time off along with health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits. Part-time associates are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.
