About the Role

RKN Business Solutions is seeking candidates for the role of Customer Support Associate focused on Domestic Voice Process within the e-commerce sector. The position is based in Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad and requires candidates to handle phone-based customer service interactions related to e-commerce products.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls regarding e-commerce products and services.
Provide timely resolutions for basic queries raised by domestic Indian customers.
Effectively address consumer issues and offer appropriate solutions.
Participate in rotational shifts as required by the company.
Maintain clear and professional communication at all times.

Requirements

Minimum education qualification of 12th grade pass or higher.
Good communication skills are essential.
Willingness to work in shifts that rotate periodically.

Compensation

The salary offered ranges from INR 15,500 to INR 18,000 per month.
