About the Role
RKN Business Solutions is seeking candidates for the role of Customer Support Associate focused on Domestic Voice Process within the e-commerce sector. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls regarding e-commerce products and services.

- Participate in rotational shifts as required by the company.
