Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute customer retention strategies to guarantee excellent service and maintain strong customer relationships.
Oversee stock management by implementing controls to optimize inventory, reduce losses, and ensure adequate product availability to meet demand.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies and relevant regulations while managing risk to protect the business.
Lead, motivate, and nurture a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Manage front and back-office operations including accurate cash handling and smooth financial transaction processing to maintain operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Grade 12 matriculation certificate.
A minimum of three years' experience in retail management roles.
