Serve as the primary point of contact for employees facing IT-related inquiries and technical issues.
Receive, analyze, and resolve support requests submitted via phone, email, and ticket systems.
Perform troubleshooting and independently resolve hardware and software issues at the first-level support stage.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, notebooks, printers, mobile devices, and other IT hardware.
Manage user accounts and permissions across various IT platforms.
Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure and workstation environments.
Document incidents, solutions, and support workflows within the ticketing system.
Collaborate with second-level support teams and external service providers.
Support IT-related projects, including rollouts and technology deployments.
Provide technical support for in-house workshop trade shows.
Be available for occasional business trips and assignments at retail locations.

Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification.
Some professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk is advantageous.
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common standard hardware devices.
Basic understanding of networking, user rights administration, and ticketing systems is desirable.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
Independent, methodical, and solution-focused working style.
Team player with high commitment and a sense of responsibility.
Willingness to travel and work flexibly at workshop events or retail stores.
Possession of a class B driver's license is preferred.
