Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees facing IT-related inquiries and technical issues.
- Receive, analyze, and resolve support requests submitted via phone, email, and ticket systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and independently resolve hardware and software issues at the first-level support stage.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, notebooks, printers, mobile devices, and other IT hardware.
- Manage user accounts and permissions across various IT platforms.
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure and workstation environments.
- Document incidents, solutions, and support workflows within the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with second-level support teams and external service providers.
- Support IT-related projects, including rollouts and technology deployments.
- Provide technical support for in-house workshop trade shows.
- Be available for occasional business trips and assignments at retail locations.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification.
- Some professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk is advantageous.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common standard hardware devices.
- Basic understanding of networking, user rights administration, and ticketing systems is desirable.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Independent, methodical, and solution-focused working style.
- Team player with high commitment and a sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly at workshop events or retail stores.
- Possession of a class B driver's license is preferred.
