Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees facing IT-related inquiries and technical issues.
  • Receive, analyze, and resolve support requests submitted via phone, email, and ticket systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting and independently resolve hardware and software issues at the first-level support stage.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, notebooks, printers, mobile devices, and other IT hardware.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across various IT platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure and workstation environments.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and support workflows within the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with second-level support teams and external service providers.
  • Support IT-related projects, including rollouts and technology deployments.
  • Provide technical support for in-house workshop trade shows.
  • Be available for occasional business trips and assignments at retail locations.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification.
  • Some professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk is advantageous.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common standard hardware devices.
  • Basic understanding of networking, user rights administration, and ticketing systems is desirable.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Independent, methodical, and solution-focused working style.
  • Team player with high commitment and a sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly at workshop events or retail stores.
  • Possession of a class B driver's license is preferred.
