Aspiring Mantra is seeking a Sales Manager specializing in freight forwarding to join their team in Navi Mumbai. This role focuses on developing new B2B clients in the shipping and freight forwarding sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential new customers and secure their business in the B2B shipping and freight forwarding space.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with important client accounts to ensure their satisfaction and manage contract renewals smoothly.
- Conduct negotiations to secure competitive freight rates with shipping lines and airlines for client benefit.
Candidate Requirements
- 6 to 15 years of verified experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or NVOCC sales roles.
- Excellence in negotiation, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
