F&B Service Expert (Server)

Role overview

This position is part of a luxury hospitality team in Doha, focused on creating a memorable dining experience rather than simply serving meals. The role is centered on attentive guest interaction, smooth food and beverage service, and maintaining a polished, professional atmosphere throughout the shift.

The property is located on Um Al Saneem Street, Doha, Qatar. The role is full-time, non-management, and based on-site.

What you will do

You will help shape the guest dining experience by taking initiative and supporting service from start to finish. Typical duties include preparing tables, coordinating with the kitchen, greeting and serving guests, and keeping service and work areas tidy and stocked.

You are expected to make each interaction feel seamless and part of the overall experience, while also handling other reasonable tasks assigned by the team.

Work standards and physical requirements

This job requires consistent attention to safety, company policies, quality standards, and professional presentation. You will need to maintain a neat appearance, communicate professionally, and work in a safe and organized way.

The role is active and physically demanding. You should be comfortable standing, sitting, and walking for long periods, including on uneven, sloped, or slippery surfaces. You will also need to read and verify menu details, and handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently or up to 50 pounds with assistance. The work includes reaching overhead and below the knees, as well as bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Preferred background

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior related work experience of less than one year is acceptable, and no supervisory experience is required. No license or certification is needed.
