About the Role
AXN Infotech Private Limited seeks a Sales & Administrative Associate to oversee customer engagement, sales processes, and office administrative duties. The role demands strong communication, a proactive attitude, and the capability to handle clients and coordinate with various teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Clearly articulate product features and advantages to potential customers.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer information and sales transactions.
- Address customer issues promptly and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate internal team activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage daily office administration and maintain documentation.
- Support team collaboration and office functioning.
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain necessary records.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of any bachelor's degree.
- Open to fresh graduates with enthusiasm for sales and customer interaction.
- Preferred experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, tele-sales, customer support, or administrative roles.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability in handling customers professionally.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Team collaboration and coordination aptitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Motivated to learn and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Tally Prime software.
- Experience in software/ERP sales or B2B sales environments.
