About the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team in Doha, Qatar. This role is not just about managing check-ins and check-outs; it's about crafting memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will proactively deliver a wide range of services, assist guests with their needs, handle operational tasks, and provide insights into the local area. Your goal is to make every guest interaction feel like an integral part of their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively deliver a broad spectrum of services to guests.
  • Guide guests through their entire stay, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Address guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage operational tasks and complete necessary reports.
  • Share highlights and information about the local area to enhance the guest's visit.
  • Ensure all guest transactions are handled smoothly and professionally.
  • Contribute to creating a safe and welcoming work environment.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
  • Protect company assets and uphold high-quality service standards.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
  • Be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Physically handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No prior related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is necessary.
  • No specific certifications are mandated.
  • Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
