Role Overview
Seeking a Customer Care Executive to manage inbound and outbound client communications, addressing queries and maintaining support records efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries or initiate outbound support and sales calls, communicating fluently in local languages including Bengali and English.
- Strive to achieve daily targets related to call management metrics such as average handling time, customer satisfaction levels, and call resolution effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in local language communication (including Bengali) ensuring clear and effective dialogue with clients.
- Basic computer literacy to update support logs and manage call records accurately.
- Strong active listening capabilities to thoroughly understand and resolve customer issues.
Compensation Details
